The third ingredient is almond milk. Many people are starting to realize that eating or drinking pasteurized products is not healthy for you. I causes scaring inside your arteries which makes fat, plaque and such stick to which causes blockages. Many have in turn reached for soy products which have been getting negative reviews lately. Almond milk seems like a great alternative. The health benefits of almonds are still coming in. Make the switch.
Steel oats is something that I’ve recently brought into my diet. My mom introduced them to me and it’s been another healthy variety that I’ve added. It’s just a different form of oat meal before it’s rolled.

The last ingredient is fresh organic fruit. You can choose whatever you like. Oranges, apples, peaches, strawberries, etc. This is a great source of fiber and nutrients. Eating 6-8 servings of live, living fruits and vegetables each day is essential for your health. Fruit is one of the only things that’s sweet that is actually good for you. Eat!

Recipe

  • Take an Aloe Vera leaf and cut about 3-4 inches off. You’re going to skin this like a fish. Cut off the sides first, then run your knife down the top and bottom taking off the outer skin. You’re going to use all of the inside gel. Save the skins as you can rub the on your face and hands as a topical skin treatment.
  • Mix up all of your fruit in a blender and then drop in the aloe vera gel and the coconut oil for the final mix. You can just warm the coconut oil up so it becomes more liquid if you want.
  • Pour into a cup and just add a touch of almond milk in the center and sprinkle on your steel oats. By the way, you can’t even taste the aloe. Enjoy!
