Drink eight glasses of distilled water a day

– this will flush any and all toxins out of your body as you start losing weight.

Stop eating after 6pm

– you need to give your body time to process the food before going to bed.

 – go at your own pace but try to keep a steady rhythm the whole time. You can slowly increase and decrease but try to keep it up for at least an hour a day.

Get enough rest 

 – be sure to into a healthy sleeping routine. Don’t stay up late watching TV. Get to bed early and get up early. Remember the saying, “early to be, early to rise makes a man/woman healthy, wealthy and wise. There’s a lot of truth to that old saying.

Maintain a well balanced diet plan

– avoid the miracle diet or fad diets that promise you the world. Most, if not all are unhealthy and will make you miserable.
Try to slowly work these changes into your lifestyle. You’ll find that the more you take as your own, the better results you’ll see and soon watch the fat just start falling off. Stick to it and be consistent. You will feel great and look great. You are putting your body back into its natural state so you might even notice your body healing itself. Your body has an amazing ability to heal itself if you let it.
